Your Pre-Appointment Consultation:
Lyn encourages you to take advantage of her free consultation.
You arrive for your consultation wearing your usual makeup to acquaint Lyn with the color families and shapes you prefer.
After cleansing your face, Lyn will use traditional makeup to apply a representation of the final permanent makeup result, working with you and your mirror to get it exactly right.
Lyn has completed an extensive study of the ideals of facial geometry, and will use that knowledge to correct the small facial asymmetries we all have.
You will look like you, only better!
Properly shaped brows, lips and eyeliner in colors that harmonize with your unique skin tone can make you look younger, more alert and, of course, more attractive.
A small correction can make an amazing difference in your overall appearance!
As you get used to a new look the day of your consultation, ask your friends and family what they think.
Typical reactions are "your eyes look larger" and "you just look younger".
Making It Permanent:
With Living Masterpiece Permanent Cosmetics, YOU are always in control of your permanent cosmetic application.
On the day of your initial permanent cosmetic application, Lyn will redraw the areas to which she is applying the permanent cosmetics, as she did in your initial consultation.
You must approve the result before she starts, and you pick the color you want for each area.
Lyn will advise you of the best colors for your skin tone, based on how these colors typically alter when the skin is fully healed.
Periodically as the procedure progresses, Lyn will ask you to view the result and give her feedback.
YOU are always in control.
Lyn makes the first application of color a light one to assure that you never have more intense color than you desire.
You are asked to come back for a second application (included in the cost of the procedure) in four to six weeks.
It is important that you are completely healed in order to see how your unique skin tone and chemistry have combined with the implanted color.
Based on your unique result, Lyn may intensify the color, layer on a slightly different color for a rich dimensional effect, or merely sharpen outlines and fill in areas where the skin was more resistant to the initial color application.
Quite a few clients do not choose to have a second application, because they prefer a light, subtle look.
Ninety percent of clients who do choose to have a second application find that their permanent cosmetics are "just perfect" after their permanent cosmetics have fully settled in.
If not, a third application can be scheduled for a nominal fee.
